Medium Pizza Pie studs in 18k yellow gold are enhanced with removable drops.  The gems are rock crystal hand carved by my friends and talented carvers in Idar Oberstein Germany.  They total 13.55 cts.  Wear the studs alone or go all out with the drops as well.
