Your satisfaction with my jewellery is my top priority. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unworn items in their original condition with your receipt (please keep a copy for yourself) within 30 days of receiving your order. Please indicate the reason for return.

You must contact Disegno before returning to make proper shipping arrangements.

The purchaser is responsible for loss during return shipping; please ensure sufficient insurance.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid for merchandise only. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping to you. Refunds to credit cards will only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.

Please pack and seal your return securely and ship pre-paid in the same manner in which you received it. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted. If your shipment is from outside Canada, please contact me first to confirm any additional shipping documents that may be required.

Do not use the word 'jewellery' or any words related to jewellery anywhere on the packaging or shipping documents. For clients completing customs forms, I will provide you with the correct, discreet wording to be used on the forms.
