I bought two dramatic natural (untreated) black star sapphires a few years ago.  The smaller one was set and made it into the showcase for one week only before it was sold.  The star of this larger gem is well centred and the gem weighs 26.59 ct.  The gem measures approximately 17x15 mm and is set in a wide 18k green gold frame accented with four VS, GH diamonds in the skirt around the gem. Definitely one of a kind.
