Once again, polka dots rule.  This time it's a 22.08 ct  amethyst cabochon, again hand carved in Idar-Oberstein, Germany.  That little town is to world gem cutting like maple syrup is to Canada: it sets the standard.  Put this big beauty in solid 18k white gold with a matte finish and more polka dots.  The ring itself weighs about 26 grams of gold.  Disegno also sets standards: in bold gold.
