Custom made in solid 18k gold.  A beautiful heart for a beautiful heart full of love for the love of her life. 

Engraving (not shown) along the outer seam from shoulder to point.  Hollow inside (with room to cache something that's dear) but very weighty.  Slightly under 3 centimetres from shoulder to shoulder.
