An exquisite pair of star Sapphires, custom designed for Nancy R, with a hand-engraved nautilus pattern by Disegno's master engraver. Nancy has a keen eye for gems, saw these in Disegno's collection and couldn't pass them up. Solid 18k yellow gold with clip backs.
