Rhodolite, one of my all-time favourite varieties of one of my favourite gem groups: garnets.  This is not your average dark red common garden-variety garnets, this is electric, neon purple.  What I really love about garnets, all garnets, is they are never treated.  They come out of the ground, are cut and polished and there you have it: all-natural beauty.  This pair is done in a rectangular step cut, totalling 4.03 ct.  Set in platinum. Price includes platinum studs.
