Return Policy

Your satisfaction with my jewellery is my top priority. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unworn items in saleable condition with your receipt (please keep a copy for yourself) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid for merchandise only. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping to you. Refunds to credit cards will only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Please pack and seal your return securely in the same manner and same packaging in which you received it. Your shipment must be sent prepaid by the method by which you received it. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted. If your shipment is from outside Canada, please contact me first to confirm any additional shipping documents that may be required.

In all cases, please e-mail Disegno regarding your return prior to shipping so that we will be prepared to receive it. Please indicate the reason for return. My most important goal is your satisfaction with my jewellery.
